Dear Residents,

We write to inform you as part of the renovation works at Dover Court Estate we will begin excavation works to Baxter Road. These works will take place at the front of Warley House for the new Thames Water mains to Block G. These works are due to commence on Tuesday 25th June and should take approximately 5 working days to complete. Please note that the backfilling works will not be completed until Monday 1st July.

Due to the ground works this may result in an increase of noise levels. Whilst these works take place we will be monitoring the noise levels and we’ll do everything we can to complete these works as quickly as possible. Access to your property or parking will not be affected as all works will be properly protected and you should be able to park in the bay allowing access for other vehicles as well.

We apologise for any inconvenience you may experience whilst these works are being carried out and we are committed to providing the residents with the highest level of service.

We are writing to update you on the progress of works to the Westcliff green space.

We would like to inform you that the final resin surface to the paths in this area will be taking place on Monday 17th June, please be aware that the resin will need 12 hours to dry. As the only areas that need completing are in between the green space this will not affect access and egress to your property.
