Lovell are running a competition for all the resident’s children on the Estate. This Christmas, Lovell are giving all children the chance to win a Christmas treat.
They just need some help from their parents to share their fantastic artistic skills. So whether you’ve got a messy mini Picasso on your hands, or your little helper likes to colour neatly inside the lines, it’s a fun activity for the lead up to Christmas.
The competition will run from Monday 26th November to Friday 7th December. There will be prizes handed out to the children week commencing Monday 10th December so please ensure that all art work is handed in by Friday 7th December as we do not want to disappoint anyone.
Should you have any queries regarding this letter or your child wants to enter the competition, please contact me on 0208 731 3800, alternately you can write me an email to Alexandra.Robins@lovell.co.uk so I can send over the activity sheet that needs to be completed.
The resident notice boards is located on the hoarding on Baxter Road leading to Warley House. We have put the most up to date newsletter inside and a table which explains what works are being carried out each day and the levels from high to low. The tables are changed every Friday for the upcoming week. The boards will also be updated with any resident notices or events that Lovell have coming up to ensure all residents are kept up to date.
When works commence to Block G and Block D Lovell intend to erect notice boards on both hoardings.
To all residents and neighbours Lovell are pleased to announce that the website has been updated to ensure the latest site team directory and newsletters are to hand with a click of the mouse.
We have also decided to add some new blogs over the next coming weeks that may be of interest to you, so please keep your eyes peeled.
For any queries you may have or you can’t find something on the website please contact the Lovell team who would be happy to help or guide you in the right direction.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you all so far for your cooperation and on going support during the delivery of works.
Lovell would like to invite the residents to our Macmillan Coffee Morning. Having a Coffee Morning is the perfect chance for the residents to speak to the site team over a cuppa and a slice of something delicious to raise money for a great cause.
The event will be held at Queen Elizabeth House on Tuesday 4th October from 1 to 2.30pm. We look forward to seeing you there and to answer any questions you may have.
