We write to inform you that there has been a change to the Lovell site team for The Dover Court Scheme.
Dave Twells has moved to a different position in the company and therefore has left the Dover Court project. Kenton White a Site Manger that has been involved in the project for 6 months will be responsible for the project.
Iveta Tomasevska will be the new Resident Liaison Officer for the Dover Court Scheme. Iveta will be based on site 3 days a week and will be your main port of call. However Alexandra Robins will still be a part of the project.
During the time that the works are being undertaken, we will endeavour to ensure that everything is carried out to make the process as neighbour friendly as we can.
Should you have any queries or concerns, please contact us on 0208 731 3800, alternately write us an email to Iveta.Tomasevska@lovell.co.uk or Alexandra.Robins@lovell.co.uk.
We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and on going support.
This notice is to advise you that the footpath from Mitchison Road to Warley House will be temporarily closed. This has already started and will be closed until the regeneration works to the Old Ball Court/Block H have been completed.
Access to and from Mitchison Road & Dover Court Estate will still be possible. We have attached a link below of the new diversion route residents are able to use.
If you have any queries regarding these works please do not hesitate to contact us. Our site team will keep you informed about site activities with regular newsletters and updates to the website.

Lovell have experienced some complaints regarding the service trenches for BT & Gas works. This is between Warley, Westcliff, Ongar & Ilford House, unfortunately this has nothing to do with Lovell.
If you have any concerns regarding these works please contact Islington Council directly.
Lovell would like to invite the residents to our Macmillan Coffee Morning. Having a Coffee Morning is the perfect chance for the residents to speak to the site team over a cuppa and a slice of something delicious to raise money for a great cause.
The event will be held at Queen Elizabeth House on Tuesday 4th October from 1 to 2.30pm. We look forward to seeing you there and to answer any questions you may have.

Lovell have been experiencing various phone calls from residents in Threadgold House regarding their Virgin Media.
An engineer needs to make contact with Dave Twells to arrange a visit to the site, as the fault exists with old cable/s. We advise you to contact Virgin Media and log the fault as well as this may speed the process up.
Should you have any queries regarding this or anything else to do with the scheme, please contact Alexandra Robins – firstname.lastname@example.org
